Offices and studies at Shalito Carpentry

A good workspace needs room for a computer, paperwork and books without taking over the room. We build made-to-measure furniture for offices and home studies.

Projects here include a large L-shaped executive desk with a curved front in glossy wood with black edging and drawer units on castors; a home study with a floor-to-ceiling oak bookcase and matching desk; a warm wood study with glass-door upper cabinets and a glass-top desk; a built-in white work corner with red edging; and a child's room unit with a desk, drawers and shelves.

We plan for the person who sits there every day: desk height, legroom, cable routes, sockets and what needs to be within reach. Often the desk and a bookcase are combined on one wall as a single unit.

As with all our work, we measure on site, design, build in the workshop and install.

It suits people working from home, children who need a homework desk, and offices that want a desk, bookcase or cabinets fitted to the room. We also plan for light, so a window does not glare on the screen.

Ready-made office furniture is available at once and suits many spaces. When there is an odd corner or a whole wall for books, made-to-measure solves it. We work mainly in Ashdod, Ashkelon and the surrounding area, and in parts of the Center.
